Health and Safety - Change Management
Under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, organisations have a duty of care towards their employees and the public, which could be breached by the organisation’s acts or omissions. This ACT, along with a significant list of regulations, guidance, and approved codes of practice, is used by ATLASICA® to help you better manage your organisation’s risks and make informed decisions.
The initial process in managing health and safety within an organisation is the auditing process. It provides a clear picture of the organisation’s commitment to overall health and safety and compliance if carried out thoroughly, unbiased and transparently. Our health and safety auditing process has been designed thoroughly, following the most up-to-date legislation, regulations, guidance, and best practices. Following the audit, a report is compiled, an action plan is created, and measures can then be put in place. One topic that the audit will cover is the risk register and the relevant risk assessments. Although risk assessments must address each process, activity, substance, machinery, environment, etc., we have prepared a dedicated package to get you started. These will need to be updated to suit your environment better. We include a checklist for every purchase of risk assessments. We carry out the procurement of services following the Government’s legal frameworks on our client’s behalf. Facilities Staffing
We understand that each organisation has different dynamics, and each change can significantly impact the day-to-day run of your business. We support your business by covering the support staff needed for any specified period. All our staff are Enhanced DBS Checked. Staff available for immediate start for the following roles:
